			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pencatutan foto dan tulisan di blog sudah sering saya dengar, sudah sering dibahas dimilis bahkan sudah sering saya sendiri temui.. mungkin beberapa diantara teman-teman juga sering dicatut tulisan, resepnya ataupun fotonya.</p>
<p>Sebenarnya tidak akan bermasalah kalau saja yang mencatut meminta izin dulu untuk mempost tulisan, foto atau resepnya di blog mereka&#8230; *hehe, bukan nyatut dong namanya kalo izin dulu*</p>
<p>Atau sebenarnya bisa saja dimintakan izin baik-baik dan dicantumkan sourcenya.. sepertinya itu lebih bijak..</p>
<p>Saya sudah lama tidak menulis, karena memang rasa malas sudah lama menyerang, hehe.. tetapi karena kejadian yang baru saja saya alami, menggelitik saya untuk segera menulis dan menshare pengalaman ini..</p>
<p>Ketika saya sedang berasyik masyuk mencari inspirasi memasak,  saya kebetulan melihat salah satu foto yang sepertinya saya kenal.. Tentu saja itu foto hasil jepretan dan editan saya sendiri saudara-saudara&#8230;benar, itu foto saya, tetapi ko muncul di blog lain dengan judul resep yang sebenarnya bahkan masakannya bukan apa yang sebenarnya difoto itu..<br />
Memang sudah lama sekali saya post, sewaktu saya baru belajar ngeblog.. dimana masih belum terpikir kalau foto saya yang jauh dari luar biasa akan dicatut orang.  Lagipula sudah saya beri tulisan dan saya edit fotonya, tentu saja saya tidak kuatir&#8230;Tetapi ternyata tentu saja itu tidak menyurutkan kreatifitas si pencatut untuk mencatut, meng<em>crop</em> dan menambahkan sendiri namanya di foto hasil catutannya itu.</p>
<p>Hemmm kalau upin ipin bilang&#8230; &#8220;Geram geram geraaaam&#8221;..</p>
<p>Untuk pembelajaran, baik yang baru belajar ngeblog ataupun yang sudah ahli tetapi masih belum menyadari.. jangan lupa tinggalkan jejak anda  dengan cara selalu memberi watermark pada foto anda (ditengah gambar kalau bisa, hihihi) dan jangan beri ruang untuk pencatutan, pengeditan dan pengklaiman atas karya anda.. Penasaran? bikin ndiri ah, hehe&#8230;</p>

<p>Mie kuning, sesuai selera<br />
Bakso, sesuai selera<br />
150 gram Bayam Rebus<br />
2 siung Bawang putih, iris halus<br />
10 gram Udang<br />
1 sdm Ebi<br />
500 ml Air Kaldu<br />
1 sdm Dark Soy Sauce<br />
1 sdt Minyak Wijen<br />
Garam<br />
Merica<br />
3 sdm Tepung Maizena, larutkan dengan air<br />
1 batang Daun Bawang, iris halus<br />
Bawang Goreng</p>
<p>Cara Membuat:</p>
<p>1. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan udang dan ebi.</p>
<p>2. Tumis terus sampai harum, masukkan kecap asin, minyak wijen, bayam rebus, aduk rata. Tambahkan air kaldu, garam dan merica. Koreksi rasa.</p>
<p>3. Setelah kaldu mendidih, masukkan larutan maizena dan masak hingga kuah mengental.</p>
<p>4. Dalam mangkuk, susun mie yang sudah direbus, siram dengan kuah kental, bakso, daun bawang dan bawang goreng. Enjoy!</p>
<p>Ga punya udang, ebi, minyak wijen? ga masalah.. buat aja kuah bakso kaya biasa, kalau mau dibuat mie bayam begini, tinggal tumis bawang putih, tambahkan kecap asin, bayam rebus dan kuah bakso lalu kentalkan dengan larutan maizena.. Siram deh ke mie rebus dan bakso.. ^_^</p>

<p>Tapi gara-gara udah semangat pengen makan mie bakso, tapi ternyata persediaan mie ga ada samsek, udah habis,  hiks.. Terpaksa deh buat mie sendiri, unbelievable emang.. googling cari resep paling gampang.. ini dia resepnya, aku share yah.. silahkan dicoba ^_^</p>
<p>Bahan-bahan:</p>
<p>125 gram Tepung Terigu</p>
<p>1 butir Telur, ambil kuningnya saja</p>
<p>1/2 sdt Garam</p>
<p>1/2 sdm Minyak</p>
<p>70 ml Air</p>
<p>Cara Membuat:</p>
<p>1. Campur tepung dengan garam, telur dan air, uleni terus sampai adonan merata, berwarna sama dan kalis.</p>
<p>2. Bila menggunakan mesin penggiling, giling adonan beberapa kali sampai ketebalan yang diinginkan dan terakhir giling bentuk mie.<br />
Kalau menggunakan caraku yang ga punya penggiling adonan mienya, cukup adonan digiling sampai tipis dengan rolling pin (kalau ga punya juga nih, pakai botol juga bisa :p) lalu iris halus dengan menggunakan pisau sampai berbentuk mie. Taburi dengan tepung agar mie tidak saling menempel dan lengket. Kalau mau dikeringkan mie cukup dikeringkan dibawah matahari (aku belum pernah coba).</p>
<p>3. Rebus air hingga mendidih, masukkan sedikit minyak lalu rebus mie sampai mie matang. Mie siap dipakai untuk campuran mie bakso ^_^</p>
<p>Menurutku tipikal mie yang aku buat ini paling cocok untuk dibuat mie kuah, rasanya lumayan ko untuk resep simple dan sederhana ini.</p>

Aku nih kadang suka banget bosen nasi putih, pelariannya biasanya roti, tapi kalo keukeuh mau makan nasi, buat ngakalinnya, ya nasinya dibuat macem2, mulai dari nasi uduk, nasi kuning, nasi goreng dan resep yang satu ini nih.<br />
inget: semua yang pernah aku masak pasti yg gampang deh, jadi pasti kamu jg bisa..<br />
Nah nasi pepes yang satu ini sebenernya cuma manfaatin bumbu sisa ngungkep ayam sewaktu mau buat ayam goreng. Dan pasti dah pada tau kan, kadang suka masih bersisa bumbunya, coz&#8217; ada lemak ayam yang juga ikut meluruh dan sayang kayaknya kalo ga dimanfaatin, hehe.<br />
Buat yang ngga biasa bikin bumbu ungkepan ayam, aku share yah bumbunya.</p>
<p>Sebenernya isian pepes ayam bisa macem-macem tergantung selera, bisa diisi suwiran ayam yang sudah kita ungkep juga sih. Kalo yang ini aku tambahkan tumisan buncis &amp; daging cincang. Jadi sekali makan, udah lengkap deh sama sayur n lauknya.</p>
<p>Bahan-bahan:</p>
<p>Bumbu kuning untuk ungkepan ayam goreng:</p>
<p>4 siung Bawang Merah</p>
<p>2 siung Bawang Putih</p>
<p>1/2 sdt Merica bubuk</p>
<p>3 butir Kemiri</p>
<p>sdt Kunyit bubuk or 1 ruas kunyit segar</p>
<p>1/2 ruas Lengkuas</p>
<p>1/2 ruas Jahe</p>
<p>2 lembar Daun Salam</p>
<p>1 batang Sereh, geprek &amp; ikat</p>
<p>Garam, Gula dan Air secukupnya</p>
<p>Cara Membuat:</p>
<p>1. Haluskan semua bumbu kecuali salam dan sereh. Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu halus, diamkan sebentar agar bumbu meresap.<br />
2. Taruh ayam di wajan, panaskan, dan setelah agak berubah warna tambahkan air lalu ungkep ayam sampai semua bumbu meresap dan ayam matang. Sisa bumbu ungkepan ini yang akan kita gunakan untuk membuat pepes nasi.</p>
<p>Tumisan Buncis Daging, bahan-bahan:</p>
<p>50 gram Buncis, siangi dan iris serong tipis</p>
<p>50 gram Daging Cincang</p>
<p>2 siung Bawang Putih</p>
<p>1/2 siung Bawang Bombay, iris halus</p>
<p>1 sdm Kecap Asin</p>
<p>1 sdm Kecap Manis</p>
<p>sedikit Merica dan Garam</p>
<p>Cara Membuat:</p>
<p>1. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.</p>
<p>2. Masukkan daging cincang dan masak hingga berubah warna, masukkan buncis, tambahkan kecap asin, kecap manis serta merica dan garam. Masak hingga semua matang dan bumbu meresap.</p>
<p>Untuk membuat pepes nasi:</p>
<p>1. Campur nasi putih dengan sisa bumbu kuning dan sedikit garam sampai merata.</p>
<p>2. Susun dalam alu-folie atau daun pisang, dan beri toppingnya dengan tumisan buncis dan daging, gulung sampai nasi tertutup lalu kukus kurleb 10-15 menit.</p>

Actually it&#8217;s easy to make but we have several steps of fermentation. After properly follow the steps, hot sweet steam bun ready to enjoy..</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>125 gr Flour</p>
<p>1/2 tbsp Sugar</p>
<p>1/2 tsp Yeast</p>
<p>3 gr Baking Powder</p>
<p>a pinch of Salt</p>
<p>65 ml Lukewarm Water</p>
<p>150 gr Anko/ Sweet Red Bean Paste</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast and baking powder. Add in lukewarm water and make a dough.</p>
<p>2. Knead dough until smooth. Keep dough for 30 minutes by placing in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Put the bowl in another bigger bowl with warm water inside for fermentation process.</p>
<p>3. The dough will rise after 30 minutes. Knead the dough one more time and divide into 4 ball.</p>
<p>4. Cover the balls with wet towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.</p>
<p>5. Prepare the anko. Make 4 balls of anko.</p>
<p>6. Take one dough, roll out and flatten it, pinch the edges of the dough to reduce thickness. Put one anko ball in the middle of dough, fold and pull the mixture until all folds meet and twist the edge to seal it (it&#8217;s kinda hard for newbie like me ;p ) and place the dough on baking paper sheet.</p>
<p>7. Warm the steamer, turn off the heat. Place all dough inside the steamer and let it rest for the next fermentation process for 10-15 minutes.</p>
<p>8. After the last fermentation process and the dough double in size, turn on the heat and steam for 15 minutes.</p>

<p>Kalo ada persediaan tempoyak, versi pindang patin tempoyak juga maknyus loh&#8230; makin asem makin seger makin harum, buat yang suka asem-asem seger pasti suka deh.. kalo masak pindang ini, aku suka tambahkan kunyit sewaktu masak karna mau warnanya agak kuning.. silahkan dicoba ^_^</p>
<p>Bahan :<br />
500 gr Ikan Patin, potong-potong dan lumuri dengan air jeruk<br />
6 siung Bawang Merah<br />
3 siung Bawang Putih<br />
1/2  buah Tomat Merah<br />
3 sdm Cabe Merah Giling<br />
5 buah Cabe Rawit Merah<br />
5 buah Tomat Hijau, potong -potong.. bisa diganti tomat merah<br />
1 batang Serai<br />
2 lembar Daun Salam<br />
1 sdm Kecap Manis<br />
1/2 sdt Bubuk Kunyit or 1 slice kunyit segar atau kunyit dihaluskan<br />
2 slice tipis Jahe<br />
1 sdm Gula Merah<br />
Gula pasir secukupnya<br />
Garam secukupnya<br />
Air asam jawa secukupnya<br />
Air</p>
<p>Daun kemangi untuk taburan<br />
Nanas, potong-potong</p>
<p>opsi tambahan lain:</p>
<p>2 sdm Nanas Parut atau<br />
3 sdm Tempoyak</p>
<p>Cara Membuat :</p>
<p>1. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, 1/2 buah tomat.</p>
<p>2. Didihkan air, masukkan bumbu halus, cabe merah halus, serai yang dimemarkan, daun salam, air asam, gula, garam dan kecap (pada tahap ini juga nanas parut or tempoyak dimasukkan jika suka). Koreksi rasa, kalau rasa sudah ok masukkan ikan, nanas potong, cabe rawit dan tomat hijau. Masak hingga ikan matang.</p>
<p>3. Sesaat setelah api dimatikan masukkan daun kemangi atau pada saat dihidangkan dalam mangkuk, taburi pindang dengan daun kemangi.</p>

<p>1 Big Potato, cut into small cubes</p>
<p>1 small Onion, thinly slice</p>
<p>2 Bay Leaves</p>
<p>4 Lime Leaves</p>
<p>1 stalk Lemon grass</p>
<p>1/2 tsp Curry Powder</p>
<p>Salt</p>
<p>Oil</p>
<p>Spice Paste:</p>
<p>2 tbsp Chili Paste</p>
<p>3 cloves Garlic</p>
<p>5 cloves Shallot</p>
<p>1 tsp Coriander</p>
<p>1 cm Ginger</p>
<p>3 Candlenuts</p>
<p>1 tsp ground Cumin seeds</p>
<p>1/3 tsp Nutmeg Powder</p>
<p>Directions :</p>
<ol>
<li>Heat the oil and stir in spice paste.</li>
<li>Stir in onion, lime leaves, bay leave, curry powder and lemon grass.</li>
<li>Add in meat and potatoes once spices evenly cook.</li>
<li>Cook until meat cubes turn into brown color. Add in coconut milk and salt.</li>
<li>Cover the pan/pot and lower the heat. Cook for 25- 30 minutes until meat and potato tender.</li>
<li>Serve hot with rice and top it with fried shallot or onion.</li>

<p>1 beaten Egg</p>
<p>2 tbsp Butter</p>
<p>Oil</p>
<p>2 crushed Garlic cloves</p>

<p>1 tsp Curry Powder</p>
<p>Salt and Pepper</p>
<p>5 Lime Leaves, thinly slice.. the original recipe is using curry leaves</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<ol>
<li>Heat oil and fry the prawns. Set aside.</li>
<li>Heat 3 tbsp of  oil and butter. Stir in beaten egg mixture slowly and stirring until they separated into tiny roes.</li>
<li>Add in garlic and shallot. Mix it well.</li>

<p>I don&#8217;t think i have to write down the recipe, since the sauce is using the same sauce recipe as <a href="http://greenypink.wordpress.com/2011/08/15/garlic-ginger-chicken-wings/">garlic ginger sauce for my chicken wings</a>, then mix and cook it with (thinly sliced) lemon grass.<br />
Just use the original perkedel recipe, deep fried it as a small ball form then pour the hot sauce and top it with spring onion. Enjoy!</p>

Tapi ya itu, efeknya males update resep, coz ga pernah dapet fotonya gara-gara makanannya keburu habis dimakan, hehe..<br />
Ini dia salah satunya yang selamat&#8230;<br />
Alternatif masak ayam aja sih, kadang suka bosan dan bingung masak apa.. ngeliat sayap, ngiler deh buat dimakan or sekedar cemal cemil..<br />
Tapi lagi-lagi masak sayap pun suka bingung, mau diapain lagi, hehe.. alesan yah..<br />
Silahkan dicoba, yang ini jadi favoritku juga sih, soalnya tu sayap jadi crispy manis asem, nyam nyam..  sekedar share, aku biasanya ganti cuka dengan air jeruk dan ganti setengah resepnya lagi dengan air biasa, gulanya juga otomatis dikurangin.. pokoknya tergantung selera deh.. resep aslinya dari chef Jhon nya foodwishes ajya <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>5 pounds Chicken Wings<br />
Salt<br />
Ground Black Pepper<br />
2 tbsp Hot sauce<br />
2 tbsp Oil<br />
Flour</p>
<p>For the Glaze/ Sauce:<br />
3 crushed Garlic Cloves<br />
2 tbsp grated Ginger<br />
1 tbsp Sambal Oelek Chili Sauce (or 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes)<br />
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar<br />
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar<br />
1 tsp Soy Sauce</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1. Cut 1 chicken wings into 3 pieces, use the drum and flat only.</p>
<p>2. Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, hot sauce and finally mix it with vegetable oil.</p>
<p>3. Coat chicken wings with flour and bake it for 30 minutes. Don&#8217;t forget to sprinkle it with oil.</p>
<p>4. Prepare the sauce while chicken wings are baked. It takes less than 5 minutes to cook into boil.</p>
<p>5. Pour the sauce and coat chicken wings with it. Let it cool and enjoy!</p>
