Well, I didn’t think i have time anymore for writing. But since i read antologi rasa, “thanks to Rora for the book”, during ‘me time’ in the train along my journey from the office to my lovely home which someone who really cute and adorable is waiting for me, “She’s my baby of course ^_^”. Then I have the energy and passion to write again.

Okay then here I am with very quick, simple, easy and fresh recipe… Yuuk mareee disimak ajya resepnya, dipraktekin aja deh, beneran ini bukan masak keknya, cuma, iris cemplang cemplung ko 😛

Tim Patin

Bahan-bahan:

1 ekor ikan Patin Segar, ukuran sedang

4 Siung Bawang Merah dan 2 siung Bawang Putih, iris halus

1 buah Tomat Merah, potong kecil

3 buah Tomat Hijau, bagi 4 masing-masing

3 Cabe Merah, iris serong

2 Cabe Hijau, iris serong

1 lembar Daun Salam

1 lembar Daun jeruk

1 batang Serai

1 genggam Daun Kemangi

Garam

Gula

Air Jeruk

Cara Membuat:

1. Cuci bersih ikan, potong atau bisa juga utuh, lumuri dengan air jeruk dan garam.

2. Siapkan pinggan atau mangkuk untuk mengetim ikan. Taruh ikan didasar mangkuk, lalu masukkan satu persatu bawang, tomat, cabe, daun salam, daun jeruk, serai dan daun kemangi diatas ikan, taburi kembali dengan sedikit garam dan gula. Lalu tim hingga ikan masak.
